About Coustra

Long before Coustra became a platform, our founder Jonas (Founder) was fascinated by financial markets and the idea of making smart, well-timed decisions. But like many aspiring analysts and traders, he kept running into the same problem: he could never finish his research fast enough to act with confidence. By the time he felt certain, the opportunity had already moved.

That frustration became the spark and he realized the real barrier wasn’t knowledge — it was time. Markets move quickly, research is endless, and the tools available forced him to spend more energy monitoring than thinking. He wanted a way to reverse that balance: less time collecting information, more time deciding what to do with it.

So Coustra was born and what began as a small python project grew into a system designed to support analysts, traders, and funds that face the same pressure every day.
